Huge huge thanks to everyone who organised, attended,

and taught at the Pole Passion 2016 Retreat!

I'm home safely now and ready to sleep,

but the whole week was an adventure that I'll never forget :)

I feel so lucky to have made so many new friends and learned

so much in such a short period of time...

Thank you to everyone, I learned so much last week and have more

motivation than ever to succeed in my pole ventures!

So much admiration for you all I have been inspired on

another level by the talent I saw! I was a little worried about the

camp before we went but it completely exceeded my

expectations and I cannot believe how incredibly supportive

and just genuinely lovely everyone was! I hope to see you

all again and massive thanks to Sue for getting me into

superman!!!

I know it's been said a million times already but I'm

rubbish with my phone so a bit behind but here goes .....

Thank you so much to Kay and all the other instructors

for the most inspirational, motivational 5 days ever!! I started

pole 3 yrs ago and never in my wildest dreams did

I think I'd be training pole with world champions in such a

beautiful city as Budapest. It really has been a dream come

true and to be given the space and time to push my

body to its limits has been bloody amazing,

physically and mentally! Thank you loads to everyone for

adding to this wonderful experience ... You are all champions

Thank you so so much for such an amazing week. I've loved every

minute of it apart from the panic attacks and the whole having to be

carried home thing haha. The apartment was great and I definitely would

like to come back next year. I've battled through so many fears this week

that I though I wouldn't be able to do because of all my problems.

So just really want to say a huge huge thank you for everything,

I'VE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER THIS WEEK! For my first holiday

it has been AMAZING. So sad to be going home and saying bye

to everyone. Loved staying in the apartment one big happy pole

family 😊😘. So many great memories and most definitely want

to come back next year. I have done so much this week that I though

I would never achieve, not just in pole but socialising is one of

my biggest fears and I have slightly overcome it.

I came to Budapest as a 'pole baby' (started 9 months

ago with lucypole in Oxford).

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you for such a wonderful

experience so far. The city of Budapest is stunningly beautiful

and at once I felt safe and looked after as part of the Pole family.

The staff at pole passion have been so very accommodating

on every level, especially with changes of class bookings

(which I have had many! Thankfully Angela bought her tipex 😉)

This trip is a real eye opener to the many variations of teaching

styles and disciplines of Pole. I have learnt SO much already,

from dance to tricks! Not to mention training from the superbly

professional experts from all over the world ! This has been

exhilarating (although I've had to pinch myself at times that I'm

in the same room as some of them)! #starstruck. I would really

recommend doing this trip. Im a wife and mum of two and a full

time career who has fallen in love with pole.

I wanted some space and some learning time and reflective

time for just me, which this trip has fulfilled and has given me

memories that I know will last a life time.. ..
